Our Commitment
We believe the businesses and customers we serve deserve technology that works for everyone. We are committed to providing a website and tools that are accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology, and to treating accessibility as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time task.
Standard We Follow
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive impairments.
Conformance is a target we work toward continuously. Some areas may not yet fully meet the standard (see Section 4).
Measures We Take
- Using semantic, structured markup so screen readers can navigate content
- Maintaining readable color contrast for text against its background
- Providing descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images
- Ensuring interactive elements (buttons, forms, menus) are keyboard-operable
- Using clear, plain language and a consistent layout across pages
- Designing forms with visible labels and helpful error messaging
- Reviewing accessibility as part of our design and build process
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some limitations may exist. We are actively working to resolve them. Known areas that may not yet fully conform include:
- Some embedded third-party tools (chat widget, booking calendar) are controlled by their providers and may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA
- Occasional content added by automated tools may temporarily lack complete text alternatives until reviewed
If you encounter a barrier not listed here, please let us know (Section 6) so we can prioritize a fix.
Third-Party Content
Some features on our site rely on third-party platforms — including GoHighLevel (chat, forms, booking) and embedded media. We do not control the accessibility of third-party content, but we choose vendors with accessibility in mind and will help you find an alternative way to complete any task if their tools create a barrier.
