Meta Pixel — Important Disclosure
Our website uses the Meta Pixel, which may transmit certain browsing data to Meta Platforms, Inc. This allows us to measure the effectiveness of our ads and show our ads to people who have visited our site. Meta may use this data in accordance with their own Data Policy. You can opt out of Meta's use of this data through your Facebook Ad Preferences.
This section covers visitors to our own website. It is separate from any access you grant us to your own business accounts as a client, which is covered in Section 6.
Google Analytics — Important Disclosure
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymized usage data. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by managing cookies in your browser settings.
Client Account Integrations
The sections above describe information we collect about visitors to our own website. This section is different. It covers what happens when you are a client of Clear AI Studio and you connect your own business accounts to us so that we can do the work you hired us to do — for example a Facebook Page, an Instagram Business account, a Google Business Profile, or an advertising account.
How we get access
We connect only through each platform's official API and permission process. You grant that access yourself, from your own account, and the platform shows you the full list of permissions before you approve. We never ask for your password, and we cannot reach anything you have not explicitly granted.
What we access, and why
- Account identifiers: the IDs and names of the Pages, profiles, and advertising accounts you connect, so your content and reporting route to the right place
- Content we publish for you: the text, images, and video we produce and you approve, along with its scheduled publication time
- Performance data on that content: reach, impressions, reactions, comments, shares, saves, clicks, and profile visits on posts we published
- Advertising performance data: spend, impressions, reach, clicks, cost per result, and lead counts from campaigns we manage for you
- Advertising campaign structure: the campaigns, ad sets, and ads inside accounts you have asked us to manage, so we can build and adjust them on your instruction
What we do with it
We use it to run the service you hired us for and to produce the written performance report we deliver to you. That report is the product. We do not use your data to train models, to build audiences for anyone else, or for any purpose you have not asked for.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your social media or advertising data with any third party. We do not use one client's data to benefit another client. We do not access accounts, Pages, or campaigns you have not connected to us.
Content we create is held for review and published only after a human has explicitly approved it. This is enforced in our system, not merely stated as a policy.
How long we keep it
Performance data and published content records are retained for the duration of your engagement plus twelve months, so that year-over-year comparison stays possible. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.
How to revoke access
You can disconnect us at any time, without asking us first:
- Facebook and Instagram: Facebook Settings → Business Integrations → Clear AI Studio → Remove
- Advertising accounts: Meta Business Manager → Business Settings → Partners → remove Clear AI Studio
- Google Business Profile: Google Account → Security → Third-party apps with account access
Access ends immediately when you revoke it, or when an engagement ends, whichever comes first. You can also email us and we will disconnect it for you.
How to request deletion
Email us at [email protected]. We will verify your identity, delete your social media and advertising data within 30 days, and confirm in writing when it is done.
Platform terms
Our use of data obtained through Meta's APIs complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Our use of data obtained through Google's APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Where a platform's terms are stricter than this policy, the platform's terms govern.

- Your phone number is used only to deliver messages you consented to receive
