We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information
Clear AI Studio does not sell your personal information for money, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties for their own marketing purposes — not your information, and not the information of contacts managed through our client platform.
About "Sharing" for Advertising
Under the CPRA, "sharing" has a specific meaning: disclosing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising — for example, when advertising cookies or pixels (such as the Meta Pixel or Google Ads tags) let an ad platform recognize you across other websites.
Our website uses such tools, described in our Cookie Policy. To the extent any of that activity is considered "sharing" under the CPRA, you can opt out using the methods in Section 4. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own independent purposes beyond this.
How to Opt Out
You can opt out of any cross-context advertising "sharing" in the following ways:
- Cookie banner: decline Marketing/Targeting cookies when prompted, or update your choice via the "Cookie Preferences" link in our footer
- Email us: send a request to [email protected] with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share"
- Global Privacy Control (GPC): if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request for that browser and device

Authorized Agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof that you gave them signed permission to act for you, and we may ask you to verify your own identity directly with us.
Verification
For an opt-out of sale/sharing, we generally do not need to verify your identity. For requests to access, correct, or delete your information, we may need to verify your identity before acting, to protect your data from unauthorized requests. We will only use information provided in a request to verify and respond to it.
