What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device (computer, phone, or tablet) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, remember your preferences, and provide information to website owners about how visitors use their site.
Cookies are not programs — they cannot run code, deliver viruses, or access your device. They are simply data files that your browser stores and sends back to the server that created them.
Similar technologies
We also use similar technologies including:
- Pixels (web beacons): tiny transparent images embedded in pages or emails that signal when content has been loaded or an action taken — used by Meta Pixel and Google Ads
- Local storage: browser-based storage used by some tools (like our chat widget) to remember your session
- Session tokens: temporary identifiers that keep you logged in or maintain your form progress during a visit
Types of Cookies We Use
We categorize cookies into four types based on their purpose:
Strictly Necessary
These cookies are essential for the website to function. They cannot be switched off. They are set in response to actions you take — such as filling out a form, setting privacy preferences, or navigating the site. You can set your browser to block these cookies, but parts of the site will not work.
Analytics & Performance
These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our website. All information collected is aggregated and anonymous. They allow us to measure traffic, identify popular pages, and improve site performance. We use Google Analytics 4 for this purpose.
Marketing & Targeting
These cookies track your visit to our site and may be used to show you relevant ads on other platforms (such as Facebook and Instagram). They are set by our advertising partners — Meta and Google — and help us measure the effectiveness of our ad campaigns. They may share your data with these third parties.
Functional
These cookies enable enhanced functionality and personalization. They may be set by us or by our embedded tools — such as our chat widget or booking calendar. If you block these cookies, some features may not work correctly.
When you first visit our website, you will be shown a cookie consent banner. Strictly Necessary cookies are active by default. Analytics, Marketing, and Functional cookies require your consent before being activated. You can change your preferences at any time — see Section 5.

Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies on our site are set by third-party services. We do not control these cookies — they are governed by each provider's own privacy policy.
- Google Analytics & Google Ads — Google Privacy Policy · Opt Out
- Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) — Meta Privacy Policy · Opt Out
- GoHighLevel — GHL Privacy Policy
Third-party cookies may allow those providers to track your browsing across multiple websites, not just ours. This is how platforms like Meta and Google build interest profiles for ad targeting. You can opt out of this tracking through their respective ad preference centers.
Managing Your Cookie Preferences
You have several ways to control cookies:
Cookie consent banner
When you first visit our site, you can accept or decline non-essential cookies through the consent banner. You can update your preferences at any time by clicking the "Cookie Preferences" link in our website footer.
Browser settings
All major browsers allow you to view, delete, and block cookies through their settings. Note that blocking all cookies will affect the functionality of many websites:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies and other site data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Firefox: Options → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Cookies and site data
Opt out directly from providers
- Google Analytics: Install the opt-out browser add-on
- Google Ads: Manage Google ad settings
- Meta: Manage Meta ad preferences
- All online behavioral advertising: Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out
Do Not Track
Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal that tells websites not to track you. Currently, there is no universal standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals, and our website does not alter its behavior in response to DNT signals.
However, you can use the cookie management options in Section 5 to control tracking on our site specifically.
Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when we add new tools, change providers, or when regulations change. When we make material updates, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and reset the cookie consent banner so you can review and reconfirm your preferences.
